Recently, Capcom has celebrated the 25th anniversary for the most popular fighting game of all time, Street Fighter. In 2010, Nike SB did a collaboration with the video game company with some dope sneakers. Now, Nigo’s “A Bathing Ape” will take its turn by releasing some dope t shirts. Featuring different street fighters pictured in BAPE’s signature cartoon style along with familiar A Bathing Ape icons such as Baby Milo, these tees will let you represent your love for the game in style. Limited to just six styles, the T-shirts will be made available through several outlets including the Tokyo Game Show, BAPEXCLUSIVE Kyoto, Dover Street Market, and COMME des GARCONS Ginza in addition to BAPE’s online store. Best believe I will be getting several pair to go with my street fighter nike dunks!
A great way to interpret American fashion staples with the signature A bathing Ape flair. The collection is simple, yet its signature camo packed a punch (ironically its subtle at the same time).
Those who have not realize what the year 2012 is going to be, they need to wake the f*&^ up! Its the year for all of us to take things to the next. What is a better way to do so in the year of the dragon? This A Bathing Ape shirt features its iconic gorilla logo with a dragon twist to it.. It can be yours for $94.00 at the first of the year!
These flats are for the ladies out there who think there are no bathing ape for them… These flats would set off a lil touch for your outfit and perfect for one of those relaxed. However I am sure the price is not as relaxed lol…
Many fashion brands out there are making their contributions to help rebuild Japan. One of the shirts I am displaying is the Rescue and Rebuild Japan tee by A Bathing Ape. I love the fact its only conveying a message towards the global audience, but its hella dope to rock!! Fashion is so much more than just the image; its about life. Fashion reflects the aspired and inspire others to become the equation of human expression through the garments. Unfortunately, this shirt is currently not available outside of Japan. All I know is they need to make that rapid decision to sell these warlocks (they will be going like hot cakes).
Kanye West has released his long anticpated album, My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy this past monday (bought 2 Deluxe Copies). The album was adefinitely wait, but according to (http://www.hiphopwired.com), Kanye is expecting to expand his business into fashion and fragrance industry. The launch will be sometime next year. He will working along fashion house, Lanvin, on a high end fashion line.
I am quite frankly thrilled of his new business ventures, but the only thing that struck me whether he acknowledges many of his fans will be able to afford the garments of his fashion line? Not saying it should available at stores such as Kohls (no pun intended) or anything. What is going to look like? Will it be another BBC or A Bathing Ape? I highly doubt it will be in comparison towards those 2 lines; however, people would be curious on its clothing style. Regardless its gonna kill ten fold! 2011 is going to be a great year for of us!
