I love the direction Ssense has done to their website. Not only are they selling some of the best ready to wear garments, they are also giving FREE editorials looks. This particular shoot is fantastic! Styled with some of the hottest labels such as Rick Owens, Givenchy, and Raf Simons, it gives street style fashion! The gloomy and melancholy backgrounds truly embraces the street goth aesthetic, which is effortless and stylish.
Is this the end of magazine subscriptions because I am starting to see more fashion retail websites follow suit. People able to see editorial quality shoots far less than the publications. Despite the slow progression of the economy, it still doesn’t beat people trying to find a small substitute to save money (even if they spending it all on high fashion goods)
The images of Rihanna‘s shoot for Esquire UK magazine has finally surface. Out of all her recent shoots, I think this is my personal favorite. Honesty, its has nothing to do with her being practically nude in the photo. It is the raw beauty and energy she delivers which makes it simplicity at its finest! This Barbados beauty has made it adamant she loves her some bad boys. I would not say I am a bad boy, but there is a time and place for everything. I can dream, right #kanyeshrug ??
Linda Vojtova gets sporty in water ready attire for the May issue of Marie Claire US. Styled from the garments of Michael Kors, Alexander Wang and Max Mara; Linda hits the beach in Txema Yeste’s incredible eye as she displays her determination of winning. To be completely honest, I never really pay any attention towards any spreads from Marie Claire. I would always view it as a Cosmo magazine (no pun intended). On the contrary, the styling and lens from the photographer got my attention towards becoming a subsrciber.
Lady Gaga featuring in the latest Harpers Bazaar magazine was beyond amazing! Talk about high fashion at its finest!! Gaga never has a problem selling herself in every editorial. Now I see she has that total recall thing going (weird lol).
Judging from some of the photography, it totally delivers a retro 60s element. Go Mad way don’t cha!
